Yoga for Healthy Aging

Now twice a week at Cuatro Vientos!

Classes are alignment-based hatha yoga, suitable for people of all sizes, shapes, ages and abilities. We use props and modifications to make the poses accessible for everyone in a non-competitive and encouraging atmosphere.

Quiet body | Quiet mind

Using asanas, pranayama and meditation, we practice letting go of physical and mental tension. When we focus our attention on bringing the body, breath and movement into alignment, we come into a calmer state of being. It is from this place that we are able to become more fully aware of the present moment, and create the space to connect with something greater than ourselves.

Classes

In addition to classes at Cuatro Vientos, I lead private groups and individual sessions upon request.
